What to expect
The SkillsUSA Utah Fall Leadership Conference provides training on hosting chapter activities (putting ideas into action), lessons on growing your school chapter, leadership training, building some SkillsUSA pride and preparing your chapter for the state contests. We have a national trainer who will be engaging the students in interactive opening and closing sessions, while the other student sessions will be led by our state officers. Advisor Sessions will include facilitator such as our state staff or other advisors with great expertise in topics related to running a chapter as an advisor such as planning for state conference, fundraising, new advisor trainings, and more. 
Expectations:

Arrive ready to engage with your fellow SkillsUSA members.
Eliminate distractions.
Be open to meeting others.
Share openly in sessions.
Take notes.
