SLCC has Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD installed for Architectural Drafting. Let me know by March 15th if your contestant requires something else to be installed on a computer for their use during this competition. This year, there will be NO hand drawing/drafting requirement as in years past. All work will be done on a computer. Contestants may bring 2 textbooks and a set of 11”x17” architectural plans for reference.
Contestants will produce a minimum of 3 architectural drawings of a proposed light commercial medical building from a provided project by a local architect. Contestants will plot their work on one 24”x36” Arch D size title block. Contestants should have their title block and Revit/AutoCAD template prepared before the competition so they can focus on the competition problem on March 24th.
