Baking competitors (both secondary & post-secondary) will have a chance to tour the kitchen on Thursday, March 23, from 2:15 - 4:30 (the day prior to the competition). If you are interested in a tour, please email [email protected] to confirm the appointment. There will also be a kitchen orientation the day of the competition for all competitors. Be on site by 6:15
am. Friday, March 24 to check into the competition. Advisors! Please remember that if you have a student competing in Baking & Pastry Arts we are asking each school to provide a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place prizes that can be combined with other schools to ensure that competitors in both the secondary and postsecondary competitions will have prizes if they place.
