Baking & Pastry Arts - #2 Update

Baking competitors (both secondary & post-secondary) will have a chance to tour the kitchen on Thursday, March 23, from 2:15 - 4:30 (the day prior to the competition).  If you are interested in a tour, please email [email protected] to confirm the appointment.  There will also be a kitchen orientation the day of the competition for all competitors. Be on site by 6:15
​ am. Friday, March 24 to check into the competition.

Advisors! Please remember that if you have a student competing in Baking & Pastry Arts we are asking each school to provide a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place prizes that can be combined with other schools to ensure that competitors in both the secondary and postsecondary competitions will have prizes if they place.  If you have questions, please contact [email protected]
