The Secondary Competition is Thursday, March 23, 2023
Postsecondary Competition is Friday, March 24, 2023

• Pre-contest Meeting begins at 7:00 am (each day)
• Competition Length will be approximately 4 hours (plus set up & clean up)

Where: Mountainland Tech College (MTEC) Lehi Campus/Cafeteria (Thanksgiving Point).  Address is: 2301 West Ashton Blvd. Lehi, UT 84043. (Same location for both secondary and postsecondary)
What: Postsecondary will have a Mystery Basket – Menu (Salad, Soup, Entrée)
What: Secondary will work from a Menu & Recipes.
